Samuel D. Flatt attended Cornell University and received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations in 1995. After passing the July 1998 administration of the Bar Exam, Mr. Flatt was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in March of 1999.
Mr. Flatt's early career included experience in medical malpractice matters and negligence cases, before moving on to the additional fields of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and NYCERS/NYSLERS disability retirement matters.
In September of 2007, he opened the Law Offices of Samuel D. Flatt as a solo practitioner specializing in the representation of injured and disabled workers, providing a level of personalized one-to-one service difficult, if not impossible, to deliver at a large firm. |
